TUBING LINE
There are 13 tubing lines in PU4. Specialty shapes, engineered sizes and metallurgy are available by request. Custom OD, ID and wall thickness can be achieved in any tolerances you require. We can provide custom round, square, rectangular and irregular shapes to meet your needs.
PRECISION METAL STAMPINGS
We use mechanical presses from 45 tons to 250 tons and deep draw presses from 110 to 300 tons. As a result, the range of the parts we produce on any given day is quite impressive. We also utilize an array of automated feeding equipment. Furthermore, we have the ability to maintain tooling internally.

DEEP DRAWING
Deep draw stamping is a metal forming process to produce a seamless multi-dimensional part. It provides an extremely cost-effective solution at high levels of production, and allows manufacturers the ability to easily, efficiently create products with complex geometries and seamless parts.
